There is a way to set the language? I have windows in spanish, but I really prefer to use tortoisebzr in english

You can set environment variable LANG to 'en' value.

You can edit environment variables via Start -> Settings -> Control
Panel -> System and then go Advanced tab and use "Environment Variables"
button to open the dialog.
