TorrentServer Handler

Feature request: Choose protocols

I was looking into the original mldonkey protocol handler and the TorrentServer Handler. As far as I could see both are great programs, but it looks like they are missing an essential feature for my to be usable. I would like to use the Add-In to send only ed2k links to mldonkey and ignore torrent links. The reason is that I am using torrentflux as a bittorrent client (with Torrentflux Add), but when running TorrentServer Handler it takes over the torrent links and I can't find a way to stop it doing so.
Any chances to make the AddIn configurable so that the user can choose which protocols are to be handled by the plugin ? This would make me very happy...

Have you tried "de-selecting" BitTorrent in the TorrentServer Handlers preferences [1], under Protocols?
