I'm able to sync Tomdroid 0.7.5 and Tomboy 1.15.1 using BTsync !

Seems like it's working...
A write up is coming on how I was able to do it.
- works from both sides on updates of the same note
- works on note deletion from both sides
- slight update delay on btsync side 30seconds - 1-2 minutes
I used lsyncd utility to get over the tomboy dir structure problem
and the problem is on the Tomboy side...
