Tomboy added to panel does not bring in the Lucid art theme

When I add Tomboy to a panel by right clicking on panel 'Add to Panel...>Tomboy Notes'; as opposed going to 'Applications>Accessories>Tomboy Notes', the artwork theme in Lucid is not consistent. Is there a difference between the two? Especially UbuntuOne, it seems tht there is?

This is a Tomboy bug that is fixed in the latest development releases.

I don't know if the Ubuntu guys will backport the fix to Lucid or if you'll just have to wait for Maverick.
