[trunk 6.1 6.0] Some real experience with Suse Linux? opinions?

Hello.

We have a customer who use all them platform over OpenSource, but, the only restriction is verify if everything works fine on Suse Linux, i just want to know if some body has real experience on this distribution?

Hello,

I use OpenSuse. It's similar that Suse but without Support.

I have installed all versions since TinyERP 4.2, you need to add the python repositories:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:/languages:/python/

Also for some python libraries you have to use pip or easy_install.

The problem is hippocanvas, there isn't a official repository in OpenSuse and it isn't in pypi. So you have to compile it from source published in Ubuntu launchpad repository:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/hippo-canvas
