What Does It Backup?

By default TimeVault makes a backup of /etc/. If I add my home folder, /home/cj/, will it make a backup of all the folders I have there or will I need to add them separately?

Yes, it will backup all folders under /home/cj (this is called a recursive folder operation--it goes through all subdirectories).
