Time limit frame / multiple ranges

Hello,
I would like to achieve a little more complex time limitation than the one currently allowed: to be able to create more than one range of allowed login times per day (somehow like calendar items).
My kids are at home on Sundays for example, but I would like to limit the use to one hour in the morning, and one hour in the evening for example.
I have very small knowledge using python (and only some command-line routines), but if you need some help for prototyping such a thing, I'll be there.

This is a great suggestion, however I would love to be able to control the length of a session. A child would have 3 hours of computer time but max 1 hour per session.

Can you help with this problem?
