will not work with arch linux, openbox, lxdm setup. What can I do to make it work?

Asked by Michael

Hello, I am running Arch Linux it is a simple openbox/lxdm setup. I can get timekpr to block users based on time of day, but it will not enforce daily time limit. I did not install kdm because it pulls a lot of dependencies in that I do not use.

I figured out what was going on. When you load the gnome desktop it automatically loads timekpr-client. When just running a window manager and display manager you have to specify the program to start in your autostart file. I am using lightdm now so I specified it in /etc/lightdm/Xsession
