Time limiting software (timekpr) in rpm

Please forgive me. I must comment that in Ubuntu, timekpr has been working flawlessly for our purposes in our library. It is a wonderful product. I am running into this error (and a few more) only because I recently converted timekpr to an rpm (using alien) to use in Mandriva. Sadly, it is not working correctly.
May I request an RPM version. We are experimenting with Mandriva and to move forward we need to have timekpr running on the Mandriva system. I look forward to the your comments.
