Cannot specify minutes of start and end time

I have the Timekpr installed on a fresh Ubuntu 18.04 install and it works great. My only problem is that I cannot figure out how to have the start or end times be anything but whole hours. So I would like to have an access allowed access start time of 0745, but that becomes 07 when I press enter. Is there a way to have the start time be 7:45 am? Thanks for your work.

Hi, in this version of timekpr it's not possible. However new and shiny version is in the works and it'll be possible there. No eta yet.
