Notification too frequent (on Ubuntu 18.04)

Hi!

This looks like a bug. When one has more than 1 hour left, notifications should appear every half an hour.

To clarify a little: the only limit in Your case is the time frame, right? Does this happen to one account only or multiple (if You have more)?

I'll try to reproduce the issue, but so far noone has encountered this type of behaviour or is silent about that :)

Can You please post a screenahot of notification as well, or send me an e-mail with it?
I'll reword notifications a little, change error ghamdling a bit, but before I release changes, I need an input from You as I can't reproduce the issue yet.

It's a little embarrassing to say this, but the problem disappeared two or three days ago. I don't know exactly when because I actually disabled the notification pop-ups and then realized that they somehow started to behave normally... Anyway, thanks for your attention to this problem!

Glad it worked out, but still I will enable specific things for debug purposes as well as I'll streamline notifications a little.
For instance, if there is plenty of time left, then notifications will fire every hour, not as often as now.
