Feature request: Auto-unlock account if remaining time is greater than zero

Thank you for reviving and updating the Timekpr project! Your changes are very helpful.

Feature request:
If an account is locked, and remaining time becomes greater than zero (for example, time Reward is added), have the account auto-unlock, regardless if user.lock file exists or not.

Additionally, add a checkbox that allows you to enable/disable this feature.
