Timekpr-nExT

uid/gid outside of login.defs

hi.
I am using ldap/ad directory to manage family accounts.
the users are accessed via sssd, and uids are high numbers: 133601100-133601200

It seems timekpr only supports 1 range defined in its config or in `/etc/login.defs`.

I would like to add the ability to define 4 config variables:
- `TIMEKPR_REMOTE_UID_MIN`
- `TIMEKPR_REMOTE_UID_MAX`
- `TIMEKPR_REMOTE_GID_MIN`
- `TIMEKPR_REMOTE_GID_MAX`

and to add support inside `server/config/userhelper.py` by adding validation using the config variables in addition to previous checks.

Questions:

1. what do you think about this ?
2. any objections ?
3. what is the gitlab or other git URL to fork so I can send patches ?
