I was wondering if I could have different time restrictions for specified processes (Using Playtime) in some way

It's not possible to have restrictions for particular processes.

There are only procesees which are limited (PlayTime activities) and the ones which are not (the ones that are not enetered as PT activities)

At present, there is no roadmap yet...
