Why is there no recipe on launchpad for daily builds of packages for tilt shift desktop?

1) BASH version is a proof-of-concept and the Vala version is not ready yet
2) GNOME 3 has no autostart management UI and I'm not sure it's a good idea to install it for all users
3) I'm busy with other stuff
