Is there any way to sort profiles?

Is there any way to sort profiles?

I have created (or imported) a number of profiles, they are in a specific order in the config file, but when I pull up the list of profiles they are in a, seemingly, random order. It would be quite handy if these could either be displayed in either the order they are in the config file, or in alphanumeric order.

If there is such a way to do this, I'd appreciate the pointer...
