Terminator

Updated build for Ubuntu 16.04 Xenial

Hello! Any chance of getting an updated 1.9x build for Ubuntu 16.04 Xenial please? This is an LTS version which will be around for a good few years, and I'd like to upgrade from 0.98 to try and resolve some bugs I'm hitting.

I've took a look at installing using setup.py but will need to roll back my python version to do this and would rather not start yak shaving...
