Installing terminator on OS X without going down a rabbit hole?

Currently, to install Terminator on OS X, the instructions require the user to already have Fink installed.

To install Fink, one has to download it from SourceForge.

Many people, including myself, refuse to use SourceForge after they were proven to be adding adware injection installers to downloads.

I started looking for a non-SourceForge Fink mirror, but every mirror keeps pointing me back to SourceForge.

Then I remembered, I don't care about Fink, I'm trying to get Terminator installed.

So, is there a non-Fink, non-SourceForge way to get Terminator on OS X that doesn't require manually building and maintaining it?
