color profiles per tab

Supporting color profiles is now available for when the terminator is first started, but will it be available for new tabs that would be created? Ideally, being able to change the color (ie, use of a profile) of ANY individual window would be the request. But that is probably best for a longer term item on the wishlist. As a short term (ie, next release, maybe) request, would it be possible to at least change the background of the windows in a tab? That is, when you select "open tab" from the menu that it could have a pull right with the profiles that have been defined? As a developer, I frequently develop on three different systems (just happens to be the different parts of the application) and it is nice to have a different color for the terminal sessions open for each system. Also, for each system I have a a minimum of three ssh sessions. With terminator, I can have one big window with three tabs with each tab having at least three terminal sessions. As it is now, all windows have the same background. The backgrounds being different would provide a visual reference (ie reminder) of what system I am currently working on.
