Mouse cursor

Asked by Brad Horn on 2016-12-23

When my trackpad mouse hovers over any Terminator window, it changes shape from a standard pointer to vertical cross-hairs only like a capital "I". Its very hard to see. I realize I'm going blind, and that doesnt help, but jeesh....why is the shape changing? Can I control that somehow?

That's the standard cursor type used when hovering over text. It's the same in gedit, web pages, and pretty much everywhere text is used. Terminator doesnot set this itself, it is provided by the underlying system.

You can try changing your cursor theme, increasing the size of it, or even editing it. This will give you a clearer cursor. It is up to you to figure out how to change it for your desktop environment.

Can you help with this problem?
