Save Layout?

Asked by Eli Criffield

Is there a way to save the layout?

So for example i can have it autostart when i login, maximize itself on a second monitor and have the windows split the way i like them all without me having to do anything.

Thanks

Eli Criffield

I know this is a 2 years old message but I figured it could help someone looking for some way to do part of what Eli wanted to do.

To have it loading in fullscreen at login, you can set your distro to launch "terminator -mb" or "terminator -f" at startup.

In order to be able to chose on which desktop or screen to load terminator, you can use devilspie
( https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Devilspie ).

Surely, the layout feature will be available soon, so I guess it will do it for now...
