Save layout with predefined command and title

Is it possible to make, when saving layout, the command is saved with the first command entered when adding terminal ?

example:

I add a tab, and i log in ssh to my remote server, then when i want to save layout, I haven't to re-enter the command I want for the terminal (it save my ssh command like "ssh root@127.0.0.1 -Y" ).
Maybe so, the title of the terminal can be take from the prompt.
Sure the user can change it (title and command) manually.
