Hot Key Changed?

HI, Chris

I downloaded the 0.8.1 and found Hot Key changed. I remembered the code I contributed is vertical split (S-C-V), horizonal split (S-C-H), close( S-C-Q).
It looks like that O (horizontal) - E (vertical) - W (close) is hard to remember.

Yes, we had to change the hotkeys because ctrl-shift-v is gnome-terminal's hotkey for paste and it would be bad if most of our users had to relearn these things. Sorry!
