Support for bold text color

Is bold text color supported with the latest version of Terminator? I have this feature on gnome-terminal as is very useful and productive. This enables to manipulate the color of the bold text attribute.

Hi James,

I'd need to understand what exactly, and more importantly the how, you are doing this in gnome-terminal. Both gnome-terminal and Terminator use the same terminal widget (vte), but very different versions. It may be a feature of the newer vte version (as used in gnome-terminal), but if you explain how you set this and what you see I can check if we can do it.

I think I see what you mean in gnome-terminal: "Profile preferences..." menu -> "Colors" tab -> "Bold color" option.

If so then at the moment it is not possible to set a seperate bold colour in the Profile of Terminator, but I'm not sure if this is because we can't or if it is a limitation of our older vte.

+1 from me too on this feature request, I find this option available in xterm, mrxvt, and gnome-terminal.
It can improve readability of man pages dramatically.
Personally I would also love to see support for colorBD, colorBL, colorRV, and colorUL from xterm/mrxvt man pages,
which are respectively specific colors for bold, blink, reverse and underline character attributes.
