Hi,

is there any way to dump the scrollback buffer to a file?

None that I'm aware of. You could select the buffer (with the mouse) then copy and paste it into an editor (gedit or vi).

Alternatively you could raise this as a feature request (i.e. a bug that will be marker as Wishlist when it gets processed.)
