Terminator

How can i change the theme of the terminal?

I haven't found a way to change the theme of the terminal to use a black bg instead of a white one and so, i try to write some terminator* rules on .Xdefaults as i do with rxvt but it doesn't work

At the moment Terminator tracks your gnome-terminal profiles. By default it will match the profile "Default", but you can specify another with the -p argument
