feature request: putting a default group name when creating a new group

When creating a group, one has to enter a group name.
Often, one could go by some default group name (say "group #") which would be quickyer.
There is the group all shortcut, but that one is too intrusive.

This should be raised as a Bug. When it gets looked at, it will be set to "Wishlist", and if you're lucky someone will do the necessary work. The term Bug is actually a misnomer. Ticket or Issue would probably be more accurate.

I did a lot of work on the grouping stuff. This would probably take a half hour to do. Raise a bug and I might reward you ;-)
