Cannot Set Ctrl-Tab

Ctrl-Tab is used to cycle between splits in tab. Pressing ctrl-tab on my system does nothing. The settings under Preferences | Keybindings (cycle_next and cycle_prev) show "Disabled". Selecting it shows "New accelerator" but nothing happens when I press ctrl-tab to set it. Suggestions?

This is an unfortunate bug that will be fixed in the next release (0.93). Thanks!
