Drag Tabs

How do I move/rearrange the tabs? I'm sure I could previously simply drag and drop the tab to a new location, but this does not seem to be working in 0.92. I want to move the middle tab of three, for example, to the very left so that it is the first tab.

Ah, that's not working because of a bug, which will be fixed in 0.93, sorry!
