What would it take to migrate a very well developed database from Life Balance to Task Coach?

Life Balance by Llamagraphics is a formerly pioneering task management program essentially abandoned by its developers years ago. Its features and utility have long since been eclipsed. A quick look at Task Coach shows a much more current approach.

I would love to join you but am deterred by the job of migrating data from the old to the new program.
