GTD Template

Is it possible to create a GTD (Dave Allen's "Getting Things Done") format in a template. If so, is it something I can create myself?

GTD is a whole complex system, so, it needs to be adapted to each person. I use GTD ideas in my own approach to Task Coach. I made categories called "Areas" and "contexts" and within those put tags for areas-of-responsibility and for various contexts (hierarchical in some cases), and I have a weekly recurring task with subtasks called "weekly review". I also added a category tag called "inbox" which I tag new things with when I just need to dump them, and part of weekly review is to look at the inbox items and sort them better.
