I anonymized my taskcoach file. WHat does that mean?

I inadvertently selected to anonymize my taskcoach file. I just don't know what that means.

That shouldn't replace your original file, it will just make a new export file. It will change all your tasks to gibberish so that someone could support you by looking at the state of your file without seeing your personal information.
