tasks for whole day - without and hours and mins

dear support,

if i create a new task the system use the time of the entry as start-time. is it possible to create tasks with a default option without any hours / min in the start and end time - just the hole day?

Yes, sort of. In the preferences, under Features, you can set a time for the beginning and end of the day. Then, also in preferences, under Task dates, you can set the defaults, including not marking a default start immediately (the Propose vs Preset dropdowns), and you can choose "End of day" and "start of day" as options instead of being the time it is created.
