How to sync between multiple computers

I have two different work computers, a desktop and a laptop and I need to be able to sync between the two. The website mentioned a file hosting site but it's not clear to me how to make that work. Do I need to save and upload then download and merge files all the time? Also, is there any way to just save to a shared network location and have both computers look to that same location so that I don't have to keep moving files around?

Yep, you can just host the .tsk file on a shared volume, it should work without having to do anything else. In your scenario you can also use a cloud-based storage like Dropbox.
