create new effort together with new task

Hi,

is there a way to create a new effort AND a new task in one step?
I would like to start a new job and track times immediatelly.
(currently I use: right mouse click in the category windows -> then I select "new task" ->
I enter the description and add a new effort manually)

Sorry, this isn't possible currently. It's a good idea though, please add it to our feature requests: https://taskcoach.uservoice.com/

Unfortunately, with only limited development resources and lots of requests we aren't getting to everything, but this is nice enough of an idea, I'd like to include it in the list for someday…
