Sorry, we still are not able to set a date. There has been progress though.

[I am spending my time working on a system to revolutionize the broader meta issues behind the fact that Task Coach is just developed on an irregular schedule in spare time; the potential for Task Coach is massive and we need more resources but little donations here and there are not much more than encouraging, we need a whole new approach to open-source funding, and I'll be announcing details soon, but Snowdrift.coop is the website. Point is: understand that we don't have a reliable dedicated development schedule today so we can't put clear dates or deadlines on things. Sorry]
