Printing tasks

We have each employee listed as a category on Task coach so we can apply their filter and everybody can see what they have to do. I would like to be able to print the individual list of tasks so that everybody can see his own tasks but there is no option to print this. How can I do this? Thanks.

I'm not sure where the confusion is. Click any category to filter to that list, then go back to having the task list be active by clicking in that pane. It should show only the tasks in that category. Then you can simply choose "print" from the file menu.

Is there something unclear or not working with this?

It's not working. I'm not sure if this is how it is set up everywhere but the way ours is set up, the window with the tasks is separate from the window with "file", "view", "new", "action" etc. When I apply the filter, it works for the window with tasks but when I try to print, it only prints out the list of categories.

Is your window floating or just a pane within the larger window? Try grabbing the tasks window and dragging it around, you should see guides which you can drop the window so it is part of the larger window.

The print command prints whichever pane is active. If the last thing you clicked is in the categories, that is active. If you click in the tasks pane, it will be active and be selected to print.
