Can I Synchronize / update Task coach tasks from other application ?
I want to update Tasks using a csv file, Can I?

I'm not sure what you mean. You can import CSV files (from the File menu). If the CSV was originally exported from Task Coach, and if you included the ID in the fields to export, it will try to merge the imported tasks with the current ones as best as it can.
