Typing unicode character

In fresh install of TC, I can`t type Unicode character(such as Persian/Arabic سلام) in text box; such as Task.Description.Subject.
When I set language to fa_IR in TC preferences , it is correct and I can type.
Can I type Unicode character without change language setting?
How?
