error syncronizacion ios 6.1.4

I have installed TC 1.3.29 on windows7 enterprise and TC in iphone with IOS 6.1.3 and synchronization worked properly.
I installed the new version of IOS 6.1.4 and sync does not work, because it shows "Connecting ..." and after few minutes the error message "Connection Error. An error occurred while connecting to the remote host. Please check your settings. Also Check That Task Coach is running on the remote host. Last, check your firewall settings".
I checked the settings but I have not touched anything on the PC, the only thing I did was update the version of IOS to 6.1.4
You know what's wrong and if you can solve?

No idea. 6.1.4 is for iPhone 5 only and the latest I have is a 4S so I can't test that... The changelog is very short and doesn't include anything network-related though...
