Sync from iPhone to PC?

Asked by Gerd

Hello,

i know how to sync from PC to iPhone, it works well.
Just want to know if it's possible to sync reverse from iPhone back to PC?

( Background: I use one PC on my office and another at home office and want to sync both with my iPhone... ( similar to iCloud ) )

Kind regards,

Gerd

You can sync with either PC but it will show up as different files on the iPhone; this configuration is not supported (what works well is synchronizing several iOS devices to one PC).

If you are happy having the same tasks on all your systems, then you can simply use any cloud-system to sync between your two desktop computers. I use personlly DropBox, but any other system will work. Simply save your .tsk file in the synced folder nd then open it on ech desktop system. The only catch is: you MUST close Task Coach on one system before opening it on the other (and also give a moment at least to mke sure the sync is up to date).

When you have this set, then you can sync your iOS device with either computer, whichever one is running Task Coach at the moment, and everything will be smooth!

Cheers,
Aaron
