Changing appearance of Edit Task View

Asked by Randall Wigle

This has to be a stupid question, I am sure I am looking for the answer in all the wrong places.

How do I change the view I get when I open a task to edit it?

In particular, I never use Progress, Budget, Effort or Attachments, so I'd just like to hide those tabs. Maybe the closest I can get is to move them to the right?

I am working with Ubuntu Lucid Lynx, version 1.3.17.1 of TaskCoach.

Thanks in advance and apologies again..

In the preferences, go to the "Features" tab and uncheck "Enable efforts" (or something like that, from memory). This will hide the Efforts and Budget tabs. You can't hide Progress and Attachments though.
