Task Coach

would like how-to manual: not contents nor faqs

Hi

I would like to know where I can get a how-to user Manual. Not the info found within the program Help itself (not the Contents or FAQs).

Basically, I have no clue as to how to use your software--or even know if it is what I think it is supposed to be.
I assume that it is like a calendar whereby I assign a task that needs to be done, for example, "See doctor at 10:30 AM"

Hi Michael,

We have a manual under construction at http://taskcoach.wikispaces.com/. However, that manual is far from finished. It is a community effort so feel free to help out to make Task Coach easier to use for people that start using it in the future.

Thanks Frank for taking the time to reply to my question. I truly appreciate it. Unfortunately for me, partly due to laziness but mainly due to not having time I can't find myself learning something blindly from scratch. I guess i will check up on you guys in 6 months or so and see how things are going.

Michael,

Task Coach is open source software. It's totally free. We create it in our spare time. We also depend on you to spend a little bit of your time to help make Task Coach better. Things won't be any different in six months if people like you don't step in.
