Task Coach

If I have my development team use task coach is there any way to compile all their tasks, times, etc... into one view?

As a project manager, it would be amazing if my Dev crew could use Task Coach to track their individual Projects/Tasks and then have the ability to compile all of the teams work into one view.

I work with a lot of small projects 2-3 weeks 1-2 developers each. 10+ projects ongoing at any point in time. If the Developers could enter their tasks under a category and track estimates, descriptions, time worked to each task, the tool could effectively build my Dev project plan and report ongoing status. compiling 10 developers work into one view would replace multiple applications.

Hi Mik,

Task Coach at the moment is really a single person tool. You could try to merge multiple task files into one from time to time, but since that would a manual process I suspect it will get boring quickly.

Release 1.4 is planned to support multi-user access of task files. However, we can't give an estimate on when it will officially available. You could of course use the prerelease version available from http://www.fraca7.net/TaskCoach-packages/latest_features.py, but we don't recommend it for production use yet.
