Marking sub-items completed marks task completed

Thank you for Task Coach. Nice, compact program. How do I mark a sub-item completed without marking the entire task and all of its other sub-items completed? Pablo

Marking an item completed always marks its own children completed. By default, marking the last uncompleted subitem of an item completed marks the item itself as well; this behaviour is configurable for each task ("Progress" tab) or globally ("Dates" tab in the configuration.
