ppa it's updated automaticaly?

I want to know if the packages in ppa are updates automaticaly, becouse it's now unsynchronized (1.2.27) with the last version (1.2.29).

I have some trouble with gpg-agent, it doesn't work any more, so I can't upload the PPAs right now. Trying to fix it.
