Can task strings be repeated

Once a sereis of task/subtasks has been created, is it possible to re-use the series and set it to begin on a different date?

Intended use - I am in sales. I want to build a series of tasks related to following up on potential clients.
As potential clients are identified, I would like to use the same series of tasks - starting on the new date, with the dates advanced to coincide with the new starting date.

Yes, you can create templates from existing tasks. Select the task and select the menu item File->Add selected task as template. Next, you can add tasks based on that template using the New->Task from template menu item.
