problem for synchonize iphone

When I synchronize task coach with my iphone I receive this message "an error exist during connexion with the hote"
Please can I help me for resolve this problem ?

Is the log activated on the desktop (Preferences => iPhone => Show sync log) ? If not, please activate it and try again; it should contain some useful informations.
