How can I assign tasks to other people?

Task Coach currently does not support multiple users working on one task file. However, you can use Task Coach to keep track of which task you have assigned to what delegate.

Create a category for each delegate. If you use categories for other things as well it makes sense to group the delegates under one parent category. So, you would get these categories:
Delegates
- Joe
- Jane
- Peter
- Petra

Then, to assign a task to a delegate right-click the task and use "Toggle category" to assign the task to one or more delegates.
