My hyperlink with spaces in a description doesn't work

Regular file hyperlinks such as "file://C:\text.txt" work as expected. However, if the file or folder contains a space, the common syntax to escape spaces ("%20") isn't working. So "file://my%20text.txt" does not work. However, putting one "/" after "file:" does work: "file:/my%20text.txt", so use that as a work-around if your file URL contains spaces.
